On hours of heavy web traffic (I`m streaming overseas) I`m getting the following message on the server:

```auto
INFO server comment - client connectionClosed [1033594566] pingtimeout: [ClientWriteId: client:2 current: 2 start:2]
INFO session disconnect 1033594566 -
 client connectionClosed [1033594566] pingtimeout: [ClientWriteId: client:2 current: 2 start:2]
```

Needles to say My client application breaks it`s operation half way through and stops receiving data.

I`m guessing the Wowza server somehow has a sort of a time limit and as it takes too long it just cuts the connection.

Thanks in advance for your attention…

I don’t have an answer for that, you could have issues.

Thanks Richard,

My pingtimeout is the standars 12 seconds.

Giving my current circumstances It`s natural I`d want to raise it, but then pops to mind the following question :

How high should I raise it without experiencing unexpected downsides ?

Thanks

OK, thanks, I understand this is a trial and error issue.

I`m changing it to a 100 seconds , hope this is not a wild exaggeration.
