Can you open a ticket [HERE](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket) Can you please send the below support folders to further review your setup along with enabling the WebRTC debug logging in [install-dir]/conf/[app-name]/Application.xml: webrtcDebugLog true Boolean Save and restart your application for changes to take effect -\> Then try connecting again with WebRTC publish. [install-dir]/conf [install-dir]/logs (only latest logs are needed showing a Wowza Server restart and connection attempts) [install-dir]/transcoder If you are not sure how to get this information please see the following tutorial. Enable the preview. To do this, edit [install-dir]/conf/Server.xml and **add the following property to the container** at the bottom of Server.xml: webrtc76de5tceo3l18xdh9e7ga true Boolean ---

This answer is spot on. You may also need to **restart the server** after changing this file.
