Help. Problem with wowza videochat. Is there 7 hours of those errors? Or was the chat running for 7 hours before these two lines? Is there any other symptom, does the application stop or is effected in anyway? Richard ---

I guess I might suggest backing up a bit. Please explain in detail the error you are seeing the exact circumstances. What type of streaming are you doing? What version of Wowza? Provide detail about your specific problem. Charlie ---

Yes. The chat worked more than seven hours during a rally. Also there exist many more of these globulins. I’m somewhat familiar with errors and exceptions, but my issue is similar to the OP’s in that there is no line number to go with it. I’ve also never seen an error that says serialize: before it, which is why I was wondering if it was Wowza related. Would switching the logs to debug possibly yield more data? ---

Hello JD2548, Why do you ask? Are you getting these errors? Usually with those NullPointerExceptions, you’ll get some line numbers that point to an error in a custom Wowza module.
