# Send a stream from Wowza Streaming Engine to an ultra low latency stream target in Wowza Streaming Cloud

I can play with Wowza Player, but I can’t play it on GoCoder’s app or play Rtmp with VLC.
May I ask what is the reason?

Hello @YuLiang Chang, this is a great question and the answer is ultra low latency streams use the proprietary WOWZ protocol which is based on web sockets.
We have built in support for the WOWZ protocol in:
1. The Wowza Player
2. The GoCoder SDK and apps built with with that SDK. (different from the regular GoCoder app you get for free online)

Hi @aries weng, you can get the full GoCoder SDK (includes a sample app for you to test with) here at this link. The SDK is free and here is the link to download either an iOS or Android SDK.
