Seeking consultant familiar with live streaming platforms and mixing of audio and video for start-up company. Fixed price budget initially to develop working prototype. Sky is the limit after that. Will be fund-raising, so investors will want technology be controlled and developed in the U.S. Prefer someone with mobile applications and commerce experience.
