# Secure connection between wowza and cdn

Dear all,

I use wowza on windows 2012 (iis) as origin server to CDN，my CDN provider (keycdn) provide a way using HTTP request headers to secure the connection between content origin and CDN, but I don’t know if wowza support this, if not , how can I make sure the security of connection between wowza and cdn?

For a secure connection between Wowza and the CDN, I would suggest doing the following:

Secure Wowza Streaming Engine via this [ARTICLE](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-connect-to-wowza-streaming-engine-manager-over-https)

Also ensure your servers are configured for SSL delivery. Here is an article on this. Implement the one that best fits your needs: [SSL Delivery](https://www.wowza.com/docs/security)
