We have little information about SCTE-35, is there a ready-made plugin that I can use?

Do you need to extract SCTE-35 cues from MPEGTS source and convert them to HLS tags ?  
Or your task is to inject SCTE-35 cues ?

Hi,

It will be in 2 scenarios

1 - wowza add markers to my VOD station stream and generate an HLS -\> m3u8 -  
2 - Wowza identify scte-35 from a live stream and generate an HLS -\> m3u8 - possible ?
