# Save Webcam Recorded Video/Audio file to a remote server ....

I am using the webcamrecording system. The files are stored in the content directory by default. I would like

for the recorded videos to be stored on a remote server. How do I point to a remote server ?

One option would be to create a network drive on your server and use the [file mover](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-move-recordings-from-live-streams) module.
