# RTSP stream... audio but no video...

I’m trying to assist a coworker who wants to publish video via Sharepoint… RTSP.

We’re finding that in many cases we get audio but no video.

Anybody else seen this issue?

Try playing the rtsp stream directly in VLC, then check Tools \> Codec Info. The video track should be h.264 mpeg4 (AVC) part 10. Otherwise it is not supported.
