Where you looking for technical support for this problem? If so, the best place to post for help is on the [Wowza Media Server forums](https://www.wowza.com/forums/forum.php). This is the place to post a job to hire a consultant. You can search for this message and others in the partial list of log WARN and ERROR messages in the article [How to troubleshoot error messages](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-troubleshoot-error-messages). Back packet length can indicate a network connection problem.
