# RTMP sound and video not sync! "Enigma2 , gstreamer "

Hello,

I have a problem when I play my stream on “Enigma2” box, with gstreamer player.

When I play on VLC all works nice! but on gstreamer player with librtmp the sound and video aren’t sync…

Why? can you help me?

maybe buffering setting (stream bitrate 1500-2000) ?

codec?

I don’t arrive resolve this problem, help me please.

You can take at using our [sort buffer](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-fix-unaligned-video-and-audio-with-a-server-side-sort-buffer) and [general troubleshooting](https://www.wowza.com/docs/troubleshoot-live-streaming) live streams. Typically if that doesn’t help the issue, you’ll want to look at the encoder side further.

Yes 750 should work. If it’s not effective you can try increasing the buffer to expand the range by which Wowza tries sorting the packets to ~3000.
