# RTMP publish stream is unstable

Hi,

I send the RTMP stream from the IP camera to Wowza Streaming Engine but when I use this RTMP stream for live viewing it doesn’t work properly. I’m trying to watch it on VLC player and every 15-20 seconds it keeps disconnecting. Is there any way I can fix this (I’m using wowza 4.8.24).
