some companies manage to rotate the transmission screen 90 degrees in the cloud, maybe use fmmeg, but high increase in cpu consumption, is there another solution?

I seek this solution rotate 90 degrees video for live instagram.

you can rotate a photo after taking it or uploading it from your phone’s library. To rotate your photo.

1. Tap Edit at the bottom of the screen, then tap Adjust .
2. Tap (iPhone) or (Android) in the top-right corner to rotate your photo.
3. Tap Cancel to cancel or Done to save your change.
