Hi, I’m currently writing a software that enables users to go live at instagram/facebook etc. My current problem is getting data.

Is there any way that I can get media to my server withput asking user to push it?

Example: I want to get media from this url : rtmp://fms.105.net/live/rmc1 and push it to: rtmps://live-upload.instagram.com:443/rtmp/18001016185251398?s\_efg=eyJxZV9ncm91cHMiOnsiaWdfbGl2ZV9lbmFibGVfcG9wX3ByaW1pbmciOnsiZW5hYmxlZCI6InRydWUifSwiaWdfbG93X2xhdGVuY3lfcHJvZHVjdGlvbl91bml2ZXJzZSI6eyJlbmFibGVkIjoidHJ1ZSJ9fX0%3D&s\_vt=ig&a=Abw9SSqcUPxni8VpZ3U

Use a combination of “.stream” files and Stream Targets in the Streaming Engine panel website. The former allows you to pull a stream from a remote source; the latter helps you to push a stream from your server to a remote endpoint. If you want to do it dynamically, then the REST API offers the same funcionality.
