# RAM issue

Hi,

we have on one of our servers,

Wowza Streaming Engine 4 Monthly Edition 4.1.2 build13947

the server is a 8 core Intel Xeon CPU E5-2609 @ 2.40GHz

with 64 giga of RAM

this server with the same configuration was live streaming some months to 5000 viewers. But at the moment with 400-800 viewers the RAM usage on the enginemanager shows 100% usage.

This is causing disconnections with our viewers.

What could be the issue?

Hello there.

Without getting into all the details of your server config. I would suggest the best approach would be to open a ticket with support.

To do so please zip the following folders and send them to support@wowza.com:

**[install-dir]/conf**

**[install-dir]/logs**

**[install-dir]/transcoder**

**[install-dir]/manager/logs**
