# pushPublish issues

We have recently updated our to the new Streaming Engine for Windows, however, we are not able to connect to our CDN. Looking through the instructions found at [https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-push-streams-to-cdns-and-other-services-push-publishing](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-push-streams-to-cdns-and-other-services-push-publishing) we do not have the PushPublishProfiles.xml in our install. According to the install notes, there should be no additional steps needed to Publish. I feel like this could be our problem streaming to our Entry Point. Any help on locating this file or pointing us in the right direction would be appreciated.

Hi William,
PushPublishProfiles.xml is now embedded in Wowza Streaming Engine 4.0. In earlier versions, the file was located in the [install-dir]/conf folder.
It would be my expectation that this is not your problem, but we’ll find out for sure.
Please open a support ticket by sending an email to **support@wowza.com**. Please include a reference to this post and a copy of the following files (as a .zip):
[install-dir]/conf
[install-dir]/logs
[install-dir]/transcoder
[install-dir]/manager/logs
