# Publishing from videoconference SIP or H323

Hello,

I used to use Cisco Telepresence Content server to publish on Wowza from my meetings rooms or MCUs, but do you know any other option to do it? Any other software that can connect to a meeting via H323 or SIP and capture and stream via RTMP to a Wowza publishing point?

How do you do it?
