# publish to facebook not working anymore since update to 4.6 ???

Hello

i cant use the post to facebook anymore since update.

here is the error log:

-PushPublishFacebookHandler.createChildConfig(FB795580871:videochat2/1/1294677593) Failed to create a Facebook live video

-PushPublishFacebookHandler.FBMonitor.run(FB795580871:videochat2/1/1294677593) Failed to start a child session, retrying in 0.3 seconds

is this feature still working ?

Hello,

Have you tried creating a new Facebook target? Are you seeing any errors on the UI?

I would recommend opening a [support case](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket) if not already for further review.

Please send details of your encoder along with the below folders:

[install-dir]/conf

[install-dir]/logs

[install-dir]/transcoder

[install-dir]/manager/logs

Was this fixed? I have the same problem here.
