# Problems configuring Wowza to use proxy server for licensing

I am trying to configure Wowza Streaming Engine to communicate with the license server via proxy. But the article I am using ([https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-configure-wowza-media-server-to-use-proxy-server-to-communicate-with-license-server](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-configure-wowza-media-server-to-use-proxy-server-to-communicate-with-license-server)) appears to be flawed. The first step is this:

1. In the manager Welcome page, click the Server tab at the top of the page

But on the Welcome page, I do not find any Server tab. Please advise.

Are you able to login to the manager console for that instance? Once logged in you should see the tabs at the top labeled “Server” and “Applications”.
