# Pre-Roll Video

I am looking for a solution to the following:

1. We have a customer who has a live 24/7 stream feed – Player environment is as follows:

Customer is using JW Player as their web format stream.

Mobile stream – using Stream switch based on the user connection for iOS devices.

ROKU Live stream – this is a live stream being sent to ROKU boxes.

The customer is requiring a pre-roll video for the above streams. It is a single file that is static and does not change – there may be the need to have this be a random file played but for the moment lets stick with just the same file being played
