**Please reference this forum post from last week on the same topic @Lowi Key.**

You are receiving this exact error for entering the Player key and not the Engine license key. The Player key has XXXX-2 in and that will create this error when it sees the **2**. The Engine license key has XXXX-4 in the beginning.

As Amara said, if you are in need of the Engine key, you can contact billing.

Can you provide more detail? What version of Engine?
