# Player issues - Chrome and Firefox

We are having issues with our live video streams not working for some customers when using Chrome or Firefox but they work in Edge just fine. Would anyone know where to start to look into this issue?

We aren’t aware of any issues or alerts.

We could identify the cause for you very quickly if you open a support ticket with us. We could run a test on all your files, view the logs and test with Chrome and Firefox to debug.
