# player error

I am tryign to set up a stream and I keep getting an error on the player. I set it up as I always have. The naem of the instance is “Terumo”

Hello Allan,

It appears that your were trying to build the live stream as the the system issue we reported began. The cleanest way to correct this is to delete the live stream and build a new one.
