# overlay on recorded webcam streams

Hi,

I just downloaded wowza streaming engine version 4.0.1,

i successfully added overlay images to live streams using the Transcoder AddOn,

Is there a way to add overlays to recorded streams

(such as the ones recorded in the webcamrecording app)

The Transcoder does not support VoD.

You can stream static content (pre-recorded files) as the source for a live stream and run that through the Transcoder:
