# NullPointerException in ModuleLimitPublishedStreamBandwidth

Hey, for a client of mine I’ve installed mediacp, and used the mediacp-wizard to install WSE 4.7.3. I’ve been experiencing a lot of problems, amongst which is that streams just stop. At one point a stream stopped and I saw this error in the wowzastreamingengine\_error.log log file:

ERRORservercomment2018-03-2422:12:13-----3110.638-------MediaStream.notifyActionPublish[/_definst_/] : java.lang.NullPointerException|at com.wowza.wms.plugin.ModuleLimitPublishedStreamBandwidth.onPublish(ModuleLimitPublishedStreamBandwidth.java:146)|at com.wowza.wms.stream.MediaStream.notifyActionPublish(MediaStream.java:2365)|at com.wowza.wms.stream.publish.Publisher.publish(Publisher.java:445)|at com.wowza.wms.stream.publish.Publisher.publish(Publisher.java:309)|at com.wowza.wms.stream.publish.Stream.a(Stream.java:147)|

In the meanwhile, I also upgrade to 4.7.4 to see if the problems went away. Unfortunately not the case.

Any ideas?
