# No effect of cupertinoDefaultVideoBitrate

I have a strange issue where we want to send BANDWIDTH in playlist.m3u8 always as 800K instead of acutal stream bitrate. We have following settings and it works for most streams but we have one specific video stream which is around 390K and that just shows actual bitrate instead of 800K.
