# Need help with HLS on Roku 2

Hi

Now that you have upgraded to Wowza 3.1.1 you will need to tune the server again.

This server is running with 1 processor, follow the tuning guide here,

The vod application should work, check how to play using this tutorial,

I think that the live application isn’t working because the /applications/live directory is missing. Follow this tutorial to make a live application,
