# Need help in understanding this error code

Hi,

Can anyone explain to me why I’m getting this error?

```auto

Hello.

What Java version are you running? What is the context of this error? i.e. What is the Wowza server configuration, custom modules etc…

When does this error occur? On startup perhaps? Is there any other, associated information accompanying this error message?
