# nDVR with Smil Issues

Setup: Wowza Streaming Engine 4.0 on Amazon EC2, WireCast Sending 3 streams to “dvr” application on Wowza Server
I have the dvd set up with the nDVR add on. I also have all three streams linked on my player using a smile file through the WOWZA Streaming Engine.
Problem: If I view my player (JW Player Enterprise Ads) without the ?DVR at the end of the link I can view the stream perfectly in any bit rate.
When I add the ?DVR to the end of the link to get DVR functionality I experience huge delays from the stream picking up when it is supposed to. If I click out of Auto and on to one of my three streams is works perfectly, but Auto (which is the initial load) just sits on the spinning wheel for a good couple of minutes.
Any ideas as to why this is?
I also have my DVR Window set to 1 hour.

Please provide a detailed description of the issue you are encountering and also reference this forum thread in your email.
