Are there plans to add DVR support for CMAF?
Currently, HLS DVR only supports HLS version 3.
Streams with `#EXT-X-MEDIA:TYPE=AUDIO` and `#EXT-X-MEDIA:TYPE=SUBTITLES` do not work.
