# My Live Event is over, how do I cancel Wowza Streaming Cloud?

I wrote to billing and got a nonsensical answer with a bunch of links that had nothing to do with cancellation. Where the heck is the cancel button?

Looks like you were able to resolve the issue with our billing group, and they have canceled your Wowza Cloud account.
