# multi bit rate streaming

Hi, I want to know how can I break my HD stream into 2 streams i.e. 1 in lower quality and 1 in higher quality. Please tell, I am new to wowza

Wowza has a feature called Transcoder that is designed to do exactly what you want to have done.
