# media cache google cloud storage not reading files larger than 1.83 gb

I have an issue with media cache source google cloud storage… when requesting videos which size is smaller than 2gb it works perfectly and stores it in cache for further use, but specifically files larger or equal to 2gb. it fails logging “Error: Length is zero[-1]: path to file”.

I don’t know if this is wowza issue or google cloud storage issue/configuration … can I have some help? I am very new to this.
