THANKS for this thread! It helped me identify my issue. In my testing, the i2.4xlarge performed much better on the public IP than the i2.8xlarge. Further, using the internal IP address with a server that also has a public IP address, for inter-server communication avoided any throttling. ---

How many users you are able to stream with single i2.4xlarge instance? Or you are using load balancer?
