Hi! we are using Flash application to record Streams and sometimes we get errors like “max drop time overrun”

```auto
wowza RecordReceiver.commitDoTrim: skipKeyFrameIfNoAudio failed, max drop time overrun: dropTime:4892 skipKeyFrameIfNoAudioMaxDropTime:4000 videoToAudioTimeInc:1683
```

We think these errors are related with client bandwith,

any idea or suggestion to solve that?

if possible:

ask client what bandwith he is using for upload to your server

ask client what his max bandwith is (depending on provider and location)

ask client to use a lower input bitrate to see if it will solve the problem.

monitor bandwith usage of client (incoming rtmp stream)
