I have enabled like 4 presets for my transcoder and I have included all presets in the stream name group, however, Wowza stream engine only outputs 2 kinds of resolution for the m3u8. I found out the problem, it is due to the thread limit (max=2 for encoding) of the graphics card (FYI, mine is Nvidia GTX 960) and I guess most home-using GPUs have this limit too. ---
