# Login error after installation Streaming Engine in trial mode 4.7

Hello,

Login error after installation Streaming Engine in trial mode 4.7 on Windows 10 x64.  
Login and password what was indicatad during installation dose not except.

Hi @Grigoriy Butenko, go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Wowza Media Systems\Wowza Streaming Engine 4.7.0\conf, and open the file “admin.password” with a text editor - you’ll be able to see the username and password there.
