Does the LoadBalancer\_4.0 working on Dev licence? i followed the steps but for the HTTP Prodivder i only get ```auto Wowza Streaming Engine 4 Developer Edition (Expires: Dec 26, 2014) 4.1.0 build12602 ``` also in the tutorial it is set to the same port which causes an error while start up. thank you a lot for your time and help.
