I’m trying to play _rtmp://localhost/live/stream1_ in _Live Video Streaming Player_. This stream goes from _WowzaMediaServer-3.1.1_. Log is clear.

I got this error: _Failed to play stream1; Stream not found_.

But if I get _HTTPConnectionCountsXML info_ from _[http://localhost:8086/connectioncounts](http://localhost:8086/connectioncounts)_ : Stream1 is there. ( [http://postimage.org/image/dg5rgtoxd/](http://postimage.org/image/dg5rgtoxd/) ).

What’s the problem ???

**If I run my application on the different PC, different Wowza. Stream is playing.**

Try running Wowza from the command line using startup.bat so you can see the log messages in real time. You’ll want to verify that the stream is being published first, before you can play it. Look for lines like this:

```auto
INFO stream create - -
INFO stream publish stream1 -
```

If you don’t then you’ll want to re-read through whichever Wowza tutorial you are using, double-check for typos, and ensure your firewall is open on port 1935.
