# Live Streaming STOPS working on MOBILE but continues to work on Web

Hello Support,

I need urgent help with my live streaming solution. I just installed Wowza 4.0 with transcoder license installed. Viewers can watch the live stream on both web and mobile but after a couple of minutes, the stream STOPS to play on mobile (Android/iOS). I get the following error on mobile… Resource not available.

I also get license error even though I am only streaming one stream.
