# Live streaming not getting detected

We are trying to stream via wowza cloud and vmix however our live stream is not getting detected.

Please help

We can help you @Gaurav Sharma, but will require a lot of information on your workflow from you and need access to your logs and files.

Please submit a support ticket and we will see why it is not being detected by Engine. Thanks.
