# live streaming MPEG-DASH

Hi Guys,

Has anybody tried to play the dash live content using their player??

When i am trying to play ,playback is very fast.

Has anybody observed the same issue???

Hello there and welcome to the Wowza support forum.

Can you please provide the following information:

1: What is the source of the live stream? And what are the audio and video codecs?

2: What are the keyframe and fps settings of the stream?

3: Are you testing playback in the MPEG-DASH example player that ships with Wowza? [install-dir]/examples/LiveVideoStreaming/MPEGDASHPlayer

4: Is this problem steady or intermittent? Meaning does the stream play in “fast-forward” the entire time, or sporadically (Off and on)?

Can you provide a link to the troublesome stream?
