Hello there.

> Android devices can’t play MP3 streams over RTSP/RTP in any combination (audio/video or audio-only).

[How to troubleshoot RTSP/RTP playback](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-troubleshoot-rtsp-rtp-playback#encoding)

If you have the option of switching to AAC audio, or you might consider trancoding the audio portion of the stream with the “audio-only” Transcoder template:

[How to set up and run Wowza Transcoder AddOn for live streaming](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-set-up-and-run-wowza-transcoder-for-live-streaming)

Kind regards,

Salvadore
