# live stream with no audio

Hi, i have a problem my stream show video(i try with vlc and the wowza player) but had problems with audio, specifically i can’t hear the stream

We need more information to help @sebastian campos.

1. What are you using as an encoder?

2. What protocol are using to send it to Engine?

3. Are you transcoding?

Please provide more info about our workflow so we can try an assist. Thanks!
