# Live stream with no audio after a while

I have been experiencing an issue with a live stream which loses its’ audio after a while. Below is a link to live stream that lost its’ audio after about half a minute:

**Live stream offline.**

Have you seen something like this before?

I have been able to reproduce it several times by taking out the network cable from the encoder briefly, then immediately inserting it again. The live stream will continue after a couple of seconds, but without audio.

The video platform, player and CDN is TwentyThree’s, and the above link is a live example of a stream that lost its’ audio. I have been testing on my own Wowza server, Youtube Live and Wowza Streaming Cloud, but so far I have not been able to reproduce the issue here.

The encoder is a Teradek Cube 155 with the following settings:

Video Bitrate: 1000000 bps
Audio Bitrate: 256 kbps
Output Resolution: Auto (720p, 25)
Key Frame Interval: 3 sec
Audio Input Mode: SDI Audio Input
Ignore Audio Phase: Enabled
Left Channel: Channel 1
Right Channel: Channel 1
Stream Mode: RTMP
Adaptive Bitrate: Disabled
Auto Reconnect: Enabled
Auto Start Broadcast: Disabled
User Agent: Teradek/1.0
Backend Service: Other
Firmware Version:7.3.6r26850

```

Hi,

It’s difficult to say without seeing your environment. If the issue is still continuing then please [open a support ticket](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket) and include copies of your /conf and /logs plus anything else you think would help us troubleshoot. A Wowza recording of the stream up to the point it loses audio would also be useful.
