Hello there,

I have tried all the settings on the site, but 25-30 seconds behind it live broadcasts I want to minimize it. Example I have to download up to 3-4-5 seconds delay. In order to provide online training, I ask live broadcast questions and I need answers immediately. Is there anyone who can help?

If you are looking for more immediate answers, I would recommend getting a support package and submitting a support ticket. [https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket](https://www.wowza.com/support/open-ticket)

Depending on the kind of stream you are running and your overall workflow, you can see this kind of latency. Whether here in the community forum or on a ticket, we will need to know more about your streaming workflow to assist you with this.
