Hello. I have a problem running a live stream. We are using a stream.file to ingest the incoming rtmp live stream and also using trancoder and smil for abr. When starting the streameverything is ok, we can see Active state, but after some time (1-2 hours) the incoming .stream goes into “Waiting for stream” even if the encoder is connected. Could be an encoding issue or the packets are not being configured and sent correctly. It is too hard to tell without viewing your files and logs so can you submit a support ticket @Billakanti Avinash? We’ll take a look and see what the problem is for you.
