# License Restrictions?

I bought a Wowza Streaming Engine Monthly Subscription License, and I see on the manager that it has the following restrictions:
License Restrictions
Maximum Total Connections: 10
Maximum Incoming Connections: 3
HTTP Origin: Not available
How can I get a license without these restrictions?

Hello Victoria,
If you are still seeing the restriction, first ensure you have applied the new license, and that you have then restarted the Server.
If that does not remove the restrictions you are seeing please do create a Support ticket, since we would need to collect some data that is not fit for a public forum post (License Key) here:
