Hi semiphoto,

> But i cannot see video in my android devices.

For Android devices, it is best to use RTSP streaming. HLS is also supported, but may not be supported across all Android devices.

> Also i cannot make live stream with RTSP/RTP ,my camera doesnt make a connection with wowza streaming server.

Have you gone through the article on [connecting the RTSP stream](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-set-up-live-streaming-using-an-rtsp-rtp-based-encoder)? If you have, can you tell us what type of source camera you have, and what settings you have configured?

You would need to set up Push Publishing [for YouTube](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-stream-to-youtube) and for [ustream](https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-push-streams-to-cdns-and-other-services-push-publishing%28Push-Publishing%29).
