# Issue with Stream Targets tab: slow loading or error

Hello everyone! I’m consistently running into a problem when navigating to the Stream Targets tab: the page either takes a very long time to load, or I get the following error:

“Sorry there was an error getting to (applications/live/streamtargets/view.htm): Cant connect to UI web server”

After I reload the page, the error usually disappears. What could be the cause of this?  
Also, is it possible to allocate more RAM to the WowzaStreamingEngineManager process?

System Information:  
OS: AlmaLinux 9.6  
Wowza: 4.9.5+3
